Product pricing analysis & strategy:This project is a pricing analysis for a Cathodic Protection products provider. The analysis will primarily focuse on the top 50 SKUs the company assembles and sells while also exploring potential opportunities for price increase in the remaining 50+ SKUs the company assembles. In addition, the company uses some 4,000 SKUs it purchases from third party and would like to assess if the terms it gets on these SKUs are favorable. The Company has a small number of large, multi-million dollar contracts / customers and is in the process of evaluating price increases. This analysis is to support that process primarily focused on product level price increases independent of the services it might provide. The analysis will incorporate both how the company has performed in the last few years and what opportunities it has within its existing customers as well as integrating best practices for such pricing and purchasing of the materials the company uses. Similarly, this analysis will evaluate the Company's existing product supplier relationships with a plan to consolidate and develop a strategy that supports revenue growth.
