This project is for talented healthcare services research analyst, investment banker, operating executives and subject-matter experts to help with diligence, valuation, structuring and marketing of an investment opportunity we're preparing to launch on our platform. The client is a growing, membership-based, physician practice management company (PPM/MSO) focused on helping practices stay independent. The company primarily sells membership to physician and dentist offices. Members access practice management software, consulting hours, discounts on 3rd party management services such as billing, recruiting, marketing, payor management and related management services traditional MSOs provide to support independent doctors and medical practices they generally convert to employees. The company also offers warrants for members to purchase shares in the Company. These warrants and share purchase programs are designed to enable clients to share in the upside of the company they help to build by buying services, especially in its early stage. Over time, the company plans to offer other services including buying out physicians who would like to retire, malpractice insurance and related services to help its clients access services all in one place. Through its program, the company seeks to build a cooperative like system for independent physicians and those who want to switch back to independent practice. Through their program, members have buying power as a group while benefiting from share ownership in a diversified group of physician offices without being forced to sell their practice.
The Company currently has 60 medical practices as members and expects this number to grow to over 100 by mid 2022. The company is planning to go public late 2022 and is currently seeking to raise $5-10 million in growth capital to bridge a funding gap prior to its IPO. The Company has raised over $9 million to build its operation so far.
