This opportunity is for industry executives, professionals and service providers in the health insurance services space to collaborate and identify small to midsize companies seeking to partner with private equity investors to accelerate their business. Companies can include billing and payments service providers, third party administrators (TPAs), call centers, and claims processing centers within health insurance and should be in the range of 10-$100MM in revenue and over $2MM in EBITDA.
We are looking for industry executives, operators, consultants and professionals with the expertise and relationships in the space to introduce target companies for a generous success fee and/or for the opportunity to stay involved beyond deal - to support the vetting and diligence process, to help build the company in advisory or operating capacity or as a service provider. Our goal is to help professionals better engage with companies and opportunities while helping their network find the services and capital they need without the traditional friction where information, services and partnership terms are more transparent for a more efficient transaction.
The target company should have the typical characteristics of a private equity investment: established and profitable businesses with a solid customer base and significant growth prospects. A unique competitive advantage due to a large market share in a given geography or a differentiated product offering. The company should have a proven management team that can be augmented by professionals in the group with the capabilities and interest to work with such companies in the applicable capacity.
