The Company is a distributor of retail grocery products. The company sells, markets and distributes grocery products to military commissaries located throughout the United States, Europe, the Mediterranean, the Pacific Rim, the Caribbean Islands and other retail channels. The Company distributes over 40 brands and 260+ SKUs in dry and frozen categories.
This project is to provide SKU level analysis of retail grocery sales focused primarily on the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCa) channel. The goal is to primarily identify risks and opportunities at the SKU level for channel. While we will provide company-specific SKU data that is sold within DeCA, the analysis will be more similar to that which you might provide to a retail grocery client.
