We are a 30-year old, New York based designer, manufacturer & installer of solid surface solutions. Our products include washroom fixtures (sinks and showers), wall systems (wall claddings), and cabinetry (countertops) for residential and commercial clients. Over the years, our company has completed thousands of high profile custom projects for leading institutions and art houses in New York. This has enabled us to build a premium brand for beautiful, well-designed surface material based products for various environments. Recently, the Company has focused its efforts on healthcare and educational facilities that it believes can benefit from the health and environmental attributes of surface materials. This is also meant to transition its business to a leading provider of turnkey solutions for commercial clients from its historical focus on niche residential projects.
This project will start with a thorough diligence of the business to design a value generation plan to help the client rationalize SKUs, develop KPIs, improve cash flows, negotiate with buyers manage its business professionally. We'll play a support role to fill management gaps in the company.
