This Insight is a one-hour conversation designed to help industry professionals navigate their way through today's healthcare delivery environment. The evolving segmentation in site of care and what that means for operators of inpatient hospitals, outpatient centers, stand-alone ER, urgent care, physician office and home care. We will explore key trends and drivers of change in traditional healthcare delivery models, emerging business models and their use of technology, and an outlook on what the future might hold.


This discussion will be analyst moderated fire-side chat with market commentary and Q&A between the host, a healthcare analyst, and two operating executives. Attendees are permitted to ask questions prior, during, and after the live session, and share their experiences online at any point.

Our host analyst, Mr. Davidoff, is an experienced institutional healthcare investor. He dedicates a lot of his time studying change dynamics across the healthcare market and identifying and investing in companies who are likely to be long-term winners due to a unique business model and exceptional management team. Mike has served in analyst/investor roles at Wells Capital Management, Thomson Horstmann, and Sidoti & Company.

Mike will be joined by Mr. Solomon, an operating executive who has served in senior executive roles as a COO and SVP for various large health systems including academic medical centers, community hospitals, large physician group practices and international and public health programs. Mr. Solomon has developed clinically integrated networks and transformed organizations in preparation for new healthcare landscape.

Mike will also be joined by Mrs. Ruth, a Fortune 500 Healthcare Technology Executive with extensive experience in Innovation, Commercial Leadership, Global Operations and General Management across the Healthcare technology spectrum including: connected digital health propositions, wearables, population health, professional services, analytics, medical consumables, mother and child care therapies and specialty monitoring solutions. Her areas of expertise include value proposition management, business model creation, market development, commercial deployment and driving profitable growth through LEAN operations.

Mike will function as an expert analyst and a moderator. He will facilitate the discussion between the two operating executives and the audience by ensuring that the dialogue answers key questions and produces actionable insights that professionals can use to build their respective businesses. Attendees can participate by submitting their specific questions online for the experts to address during the call or online. The discussion will cover these particular areas:
